During the past 25 plus years Damen has worked as a commercial lawyer in private practice, and most recently prior to setting up Bennion Law as a partner at a City of London law firm, and prior to that he headed up the in-house legal teams at two of the UK’s best known and loved brands; Sainsbury’s and the John Lewis Partnership.

Damen’s Commercial Law experience includes some of the most significant retail law projects.
